Somehow I went from looking at house listings hopefully and thinking “maybe next year,” to speaking to Bev, then meeting Bev, then looking at a house with Bev, then going under contract on a house with Bev, all the way to closing where Bev held the door open and introduced me to the title company representative! All I can say is I wish I had met Bev years ago. If your on the fence about home buying or have any questions or even if you just want to learn about the process, call Bev immediately. Or if your ready now, definitely call Bev! She answered all my questions, all my texts and calls, at all hours of the day and night. She helped me put in an offer on the weekend!!! So I wouldnt risk losing out on the house I wanted. She made recommendations and negotiated on my behalf, helped me understand every form, every disclosure, every seller or buyers law, every possible benefit I could get, every step I could take to inspect the house and property and protect myself with this major purchasd. At the very end Bev even took a calculator to double check the settlement statement and found errors missed by the other parties, resulting in an extra $2000 used to buy down my interest rate! I could not have navigated this process by myself, and Im so grateful Bev worked with me. She is extremely familiar with the other people in this process as well, from lenders to inspectors to the title company representatives. Her contacts and knowledge were extremely helpful in this process and gave me plenty of options. Trust me on this, if your here reading reviews and trying to find a good realtor, just call Bev!
P.S. Bev even remembered and got my dogs tennis balls and treats at closing!
